Training Policy

This Training policy mandates education requirements for all employees and contractors, and compliance is mandatory as stated in their employment or contractor agreements. [FII-SCF-023-SAT-01]

• The Hiring Manager will determine which subsets of policies will apply to a new employee or contractor upon hire. The new hire must read the assigned policies within five working days.

• During their onboarding, all employees and contractors must complete the following mandatory training requirements:

  • Code of business conduct and ethics
  • Employee Handbook
  • Information security policy
