Netspective Communications LLC Management demonstrates its commitment to information security and aligns with Netspective Communications LLC’s business process through our Mobile, Teleworking, BYOD policy. Our policy establishes a systematic approach to manage information security and implement controls, including policies, procedures, organizational structures, and technical controls. Mobile Devices

  • The following Mobile Devices are included, but not limited to:

    • Laptop computers and net books
    • Tablet devices
    • Smartphones etc.
  • Portable storage such as removable hard drives, USB memory sticks, and data cards

  • Portable audiovisual equipment including data projectors, cameras, etc.

  • Processing and accessing Netspective Communications LLC information through any Mobile Device poses risks, including those related to data protection, virus infection, copyright infringement, unintentional or unlawful compromise of data, and loss or theft of device and/or data.

  • Using Personally Owned Mobile Devices further increases the risks and makes them more difficult to manage. Therefore, Netspective Communications LLC implements the following:

    • Personal mobile devices, except for smartphones, are not allowed inside Netspective Communications LLC premises.
    • Personal mobiles cannot be used to connect to Netspective Communications LLC-owned devices. Even charging a mobile is not allowed. Only electrical points should be used for charging mobiles.
    • Netspective Communications LLC administration has the right to confiscate any personal laptops or other devices brought inside the premises.
